Our Vision

As disciple-makers, we will strive to
follow Jesus’ example for our lives, helping others to do the same.

As leaders, we will be a godly influence
on our families, church, and community,
believing that this first requires
submission of our own lives to God.

As stewards, we will be responsible for
the money, time, and abilities given to
us, knowing that God expects faithful management of His resources.

Who We Are

A vibrant, relevant church connecting
Christ and community ...
Not that we have arrived... but this is our mission and goal.  We believe that our church should make a difference in the community of which we are a part.   We believe that it would be a tragedy if we were suddenly removed from our community and no one noticed.
We are imperfect.  If you look our way and it looks like God has a lot of work to do, you'd be right!  He does have a lot of work to do in us. "And we are confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in us will complete it" (Phil. 1:6).  You are welcome here!

Statement of Faith

The Scriptures ...
The Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the complete Word of God.  As originally given, it is verbally inspired, without error, and entirely trustworthy.  The Bible constitutes supreme authority in all matters of faith, teaching, and behaviour.  The Bible has Jesus Christ as its focus and fulfillment.

2 Peter 1:16-21, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Luke 24:27, Matthew 5:17-18

Teaching &Worship

Morning Gathering

"Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our Maker" (Psalm 95:6 NKJV).  We love to sing.   Currently we have two worship leaders that lead in a variety of musical traditions (guitars, drums, piano, etc.).  Worship is often thought of in terms of singing hymns and choruses, and although we do worship that way, our worship includes giving of our time, our resources, prayer, and service.

Spirit And Truth

Jesus asked His followers to go and make disciples.  Obviously, this cannot happen without the teaching of the Word of God.  We believe that the Bible is as trustworthy today as it was when it was first written.  Many believe that the Bible is too hard to understand.  While this is true, it is also true that the Bible contains a mountain of stuff that is easy to understand. Now if we could only put into practice what we do know...what a difference we would make!

Junior Church

We believe that, as the Bible says, children are a gift from the Lord and are precious in His sight. With that truth in mind we seek to provide Biblical teaching on their level along with wholesome activities to help illustrate what they're learning.  Junior Church runs during the regular worship service.  Psalm 127:3 declares, "No doubt about it: children are a gift from the Lord." (CEV)  What a privilege!
